Comprehensive heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss, as well as considering the heating situation of steam users, are now based on the standard coal price of 5000 kcal of 870 yuan/ton (tax included) and above, and will be based on the price adjustment notice on March 25, 2021. Increase by 15 yuan/ton.
