Considering the heating cost such as pipeline capacity and loss, and considering the heating situation of steam users, the standard coal price of 5000 kcal is 780 yuan / ton or more (including tax), and the price is reduced by 10 yuan / ton on the basis of the price adjustment notice on January 25, 2021.
